  • I was on call 24 hours a day to help whichever tech was on call.
  • I personally would setup all monitoring accounts for every department at my branch and program the radio communicator.
  • I would go over all of my technicians timesheets weekly and verify their hours as opposed to the program we used Service Trade. Ensured the job #, Job Name, and time on site was correct.
  • When parts for jobs would arrive, I would check them in and stage them on shelves for the technicians to grab in the morning for all their jobs. I would have a sheet that had their job #, job name, and what parts should be in their boxes.
  • Every month would have to create a expense report on excel. I would have to make sure the spreadsheet was in order of the bank statement. I would have to verify every receipt matches and put down the job number and where the part was purchased from. There were specific codes I had to put on the spreadsheet for items purchased for meetings as well.
