Managed hot work permits to ensure compliance and safety at ConocoPhillips. Certified trenching permit writer at COP. Worked in SCADA cabinets and troubleshooting Cambium radio connections. Cambium 450i, 450b mid and hi gain, force 180 sm's. Configure and install netonix switches. Upgrade software on all COP network equipment. Monitor CnMaestro, Cygnet and Xspoc. Monitor and configure Tropos wireless mesh. Configure 6420 Tropos gateways and nodes. Monitor Supros App for tropos radios. Numerous cisco device interfacing and basic config set up. Bring devices online so that engineering can access remotely. Resolved service tickets using ServiceNow to maintain operational continuity. Update service now records with devices that were end of life and replaced. Worked a tower switch refresh replacing 48port cisco switches in all COP towers in the Delaware Basin.
