• Scheduling and performing business assessments of small and emerging construction contractors

information
• Continuous review of applicant files to ensure that they are current as to: Financial
Statements, Income Tax Returns, Relevant Trades, Firm Contact Information, SSC/Banking information,
etc.
• Coordinate and confirm awarded firms' bidder payment terms and banking information are in/up to
date at BSC
• Ensure that all contractors' information is filed timely and securely
