Various electrical work for a general contractor with a focus on lighting, kitchen and bathroom complete remodels and audio/video installations. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring and fixtures, based on job specifications to ensure conformance of NEC and local codes. Evaluation of lighting for recommendations for energy efficiency . Additions of new circuits for kitchen and bathroom remodels. Material selection on all projects. Inspect electrical systems and troubleshooting to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair. Demo of drywall, framing, and concrete for new installations.

Supervised in-house services such as housekeeping and laundry, plan and prepare employee work schedules and ordering of all materials needed for each department. Established and implemented operational standards and procedures for the departments supervised. Maintained required records of work hours, budgets, payrolls, and other information. Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner. IE: resident move in/move outs and events. Assisted with closing out accounts, moving of residents to other facility's and the inventory of items during the buildings closing and sale.

Maintenance of various stores in Orange Country and Las Vegas in replacing ballasts and lamps as needed in stores and hotels for energy efficiency. Managed all work orders and followed up with invoices to customers with detailed billing and future orders and suggestions.

General maintenance of store and grounds, including painting, electrical, plumbing, computer repair and parking lot repair "asphalt and painting of spaces" Assisted in shipping and receiving of loading and unloading of shipments, checking logs of incoming product for accuracy and inventory control.
