I have managed different manufacturing operations globally and been successful in ensuring product quality and meeting budget and forecast requirements. I have lead many groups and lead teams to be innovative and adapt to the challenges put forth in materials and manufacturing operations. The world in recent years has given Operations very difficult challenges with global Covid issues, Wars and Economic challenges and changing approaches to managing changing workforce. I have been able to adapt and manage Global supply chain interruptions, lead times extensions, company consolidations, manpower shortages, currency rate fluctuations affecting sales and other challenges requiring detailed plans and leadership. I have been successful in many industries leading Operations teams to meet customer needs, revenue goals and cost management objectives.
