• Responsible for receiving, tagging and imputing new inventory into system
• I also handle all technology RMAs
• Responsible for the auctioning of old equipment
• Assigning new devices to students and teachers
• Maintain a constant supply of equipment and cables for all 6 schools in district .

• I was part of a 3 man crew based in the Chappaqua School district and was responsible for maintaining the computer hardware (Smart boards, projectors, printers etc.) in a total of 6 buildings
• I was tasked with training any new staff members we hired
• I was also responsible for installing some of the new equipment we purchased
• (flat panels and projectors)

• Work was based in NY and NJ, mostly updating POS, at stores located in malls
• Replacing the cash registers, updating the phone systems , computers and cabling
• Dealing with customer on the phone to resolve issues off site
• Also performed a lot of work for Time Warner Cable, replacing old cables with updated technology in Manhattan .

• I was based in the Hedrick Hudson school district and was responsible for maintaining the computer hardware (Smart boards, projectors, printers etc)
• During my time at the school, I was able to save the district thousands of dollars with the RMA system and repairs I carried out on damaged equipment
• I was also part of a crew that installed audio and video equipment in various educational buildings.

• Joined company with only a dozen employees, after 6 very successful years of productive work helped company grow to 230+ employees
• Helped train new employees in my department
• Took over Hudson Valley Field Tech department and developed a new system to ensure customers were aware of tech call status every step of the way, which lead to a larger customers base as compared to previous years
• Worked closely with my team to assure our customers received the best service.

Responsible for taking/completing orders for embroidery logos to be placed on various clothing items.
