  • Leading team to enable customers with Azure DevOps repos to quickly migrate their Repos to GitHub Enterprise and convert their pipelines via automated process and produce reporting and PowerBI Dashboards to inform leadership and customers what they own and have left to migrate.
  • Also serving as Scrum Master using Jira to manage our backlog and sprints and Confluence to document all our team processes and for knowledge sharing and status reporting.
  • Implemented secure connection between Azure DevOps and Walmart's internal GitHub Enterprise, using Torbit and IP restrictions so that Azure DevOps pipelines could accomplish CI/CD from GitHub Enterprise repositories.
  • Provisioned Azure Infrastructure Resources for VM compute and VM scale sets via Terraform Enterprise. Also configured Packer scripts to build images to emulated Microsoft's build agents in Azure DevOps
  • Researched Azure DevOps usage across Walmart Global Tech. Identified security risks and created mitigation plans. Coordinated Microsoft to deliver required product modifications

  • Established integration between Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise supporting migration of Azure DevOps repos into GHE to mitigate security risk of Walmart intellectual property being stored in Azure public cloud.
  • Eliminated over $4,000,000/year in licenses and maintenance costs by migrating users from CA DevTest and Microfocus testing products onto open source-based solutions
  • On Aug 27, 2019, United States patent 10,397,072 was issued by USPTO. This technology for integration provides interfaces to quickly allow any technology vendor to integrate with the incident management system.
  • Designed a “virtual archive” for the incident management system. This concept allowed all queries by default to go against a subset of data consisting of open tickets and those closed within last 30 days to prevent table scans from impacting system performance.
  • Collaborated with a mainframe TE to design and built integration to securely store and retrieve HIPPA regulated information on a mainframe db2 table already certified to contain HIPPA data.
  • Technical lead for conversion of all the legacy custom-built change and incident management systems to BMC’s ITIL Certified ITSM suite.
  • Led implementation of KANA IQ Knowledge Management into 3 call centers.
  • Designed and constructed many customer-maintained business issue tracking applications that served the business for up to 15-20 years.
  • Instrumental in the first mainframe automated operations installation at Wal-Mart as well as the first automated opening of incidents based on system driven events.
