  • Completed work to redesign the REMS Website Home page and the REMS website landing page which users are directed to after logging into REMS from the home page

  • This program uses serval DB2 tables, new program has its own ProcLib member and will be ran as a separate step in an existing Batch JCL job

  • This project required understanding about 9 to 12 COBOL/CICS programs and then work to convert them to VB.Net but continue to use the existing DB2 tables that are being used by the COBOL/CICS programs as to creating new tables in SQL Server 2016
  • Created a new Beauty Care Application (App) for the Rite Aid Beauty Advisor’s iPads
  • I have been involved in the full life cycle on this project
  • From initial requirement needs to Application design, Database design, Application coding using Visual Studio 2105 and C#, Database Creation with MS SQL Server 2106, and User Acceptance testing
  • Currently the New Beauty Advisor iPad App is in Beta testing in about 8 different Rite Aid stores
  • Have been involved with helping to convert both VB.Net Portal Applications and COBOL programs for the possibility that some of our stores will be sold off to allow us to merge with Walgreens
  • The coding changes have required us to be able to determine if a user that logs on to the system is a Rite Aid user or a user from one of the diversified stores that we are still supporting

  • This project had me work with the US Senate Office of Public records
  • On this project, I supported applications written in VB.Net also with applications written in Django
  • This project had me working with SQL server 2012 and 2104 as well as the versioning tool GIT and GITHUB
  • I worked to get programs that were stored in SourceSafe converted to using the GIT versioning Software, which required me to work with about 800 programs that had to be converted to using GIT tools and being able to access them through the GIT repository
  • I also supported jobs that were involved with getting documents scanned and entered for the 2016 election
  • I had to make sure scanning programs were functioning correctly and scanning the proper fields that need to be scanned for each member running for the Senate
  • The scanning software was written using VB.net and had to be updated for new printers that would all office of public records to scan more pages per hour
  • Each election package contained about 300 pages that had been scanned
  • Documents also had been created after scanning to show that the packet was received on time and that all pages where scanned
  • The document then had to be e-mailed to the person running or re-running for the senate and a copy also had to be sent to the DOJ for legal reasons
  • To record that the person running did get their documents in during the time frame required

  • Worked with Members of Purisolve to help create a new import/upload process for the SWETRS (Service Wide Employment Tax Research System) as part of their Remote Data Entry (RDE) system
  • I have worked very closely with members of the SWETRS team to do upfront analysis needed to understand what their needs were for the Import Upload process, including what types of forms they wanted to import and have uploaded to their oracle SWETRS database
  • I order to help create a while working Import/Upload application, several weeks of analysis meetings with their users were required to research and learn about the Employment applications process and about how tips must be reported to the IRS by Employers and Employees
  • Worked with the Purisolve team members to help write the requirements document and help make needed changes to current Consolidated Design Document (CCD) to include all changes that were going to be made by our team including new applications being added to their RDE system as well as changes to the existing applications new stored procedures and changes to existing stored procedures
  • Worked to create new .Net C# modules that would become part of the existing RDE to allow the IRS users to Import several types of excel files
  • The new process will allow users to select which type of excel file they which to import then allow them to view the import file
  • Once the import is complete and user(s) have viewed the imported version of the excel file the user can then upload the file
  • This will then update several different tables in the Oracle SWETRS database
  • The upload process required the creation of several new stored procedures using Oracle PA/SQL code
  • Worked to update existing RDE programs to accommodate the new fields that would now be modifiable due to the users being able to upload excel data to the SWETRS Database tables
  • Helped to develop needed requirements for this new project by working with the IRS SWETRS business Team members
  • Helped to develop the system test plans that would be used to test all of the changes made by our team
  • Started new project to help get IRS SWETRS team over to SharePoint 2013
  • During the first phase of this project, I worked mainly on requirements gathering at this point

  • I worked for the Pennsylvania Department of State to help them convert their paper license applications to a web-based version
  • This job only requires me to help convert word document text to HTML for the new web pages for each of the different license types, and to write a little SQL
  • SQL is needed so that each license type can get their own version of professional and legal questions created for that specific license type, which is then used once that license type goes live on the PA state licensing website
  • This job requires working closely with the end users, those being the members of the different licensing boards from Health Care, Business, Real Estate and Motor Vehicles, and the Nursing to help them make sure that they get all the important information from their paper application to their new web version of that licensing application
  • The goal of this current project is to have all 300 of the States Paper Applications on-line by December 31st
  • As of August 1st, our team had brought 135 of the 275 licenses on-line
  • With a goal to bring another 41 on-line by September 5th
  • This Job also requires writing the User Acceptance test scripts that are used by the different Licensing Boards when completing their user testing of the new on-line versions of their board’s licenses

  • As the solo developer on the Debit Tool project my duties have included gathering new requirements from the Medical Underwriters and Actuarial team members for enhancements to the existing Debit Tool software
  • Along with requirement gathering and Design Specification Writing, also handled all of the coding modifications to the Debit Tool using VB .Net and SQL Server 2008, 2012 and LINQ
  • Worked on major modifications to the Debit Tool
  • Modifications required me to create addition Windows forms and additional Telerick reports for the Finical and Medical underwriters
  • These changes to the Debit Tool went live in December 2012

  • This project required me to write and maintain XML data and update the XSLT style sheets on monthly basis for Ginnie Mae reporting
  • Worked with Adabas DBA using Software AGs EntireX Broker products to web enable several of Ginnie Mae's Natural Applications
  • This project required us to first install EntireX Broker on UNIX and on our Web Server
  • Once this was completed new Natural applications were written to pass data from Adabas to EntireX
  • On the web side new data entry screens were created using ASP and XML

  • If the request for a medical record is 24 hours or less the user can now request the record STAT and a STAT Requisition will be produced in Medical Records for processing

  • Performed coding and testing for New Pharmacy Satellite in Pediatrics
  • This project required modifying three different Pharmacy applications Unit Dose IV, and Labeling system
  • Developed new on-line function on Clinical System for scheduling of patients to on-site clinics
  • This new function will be used by the Emergency Department and several other selected Units to schedule patients for clinics
