I have a extensive business background. From custom home building, Home Improvements, remodeling and Real Estate Sales, I am a holder of a Principal Real Estate Oregon Brokers license. I have worked with hard money to salvage homes from for closure and supervised the remodeling and then marketed the homes for sale.

As well as Real Estate Professional, I am a cofounder of a Staffing agency that has operated since 1997.


I love solving problems and training employees for success.

As a person who loves to build things and train, I trained circuit board assembly that includes all the IPC training plus my work ethic training, which seems to be a lost talent these days.


I have done all the marketing for the company wrote the ads, put together the advertising brochures, and contacted new clients through cold calling. I believe in see the people see the people. and Selling through my knowledge of the product and a sequence of questions which leads to the closing of a profitable deal.

I am an avid studier of Tom Hopkins the art of selling anything and the Art of selling real estate. Asking questions is a vital part of making the close, as well as demonstrate the walk through.


Always remembering to ask and not tell a prospective client what their needs are .If they want 4 bedrooms and 3 baths don't try to sell them anything else, after all its not about the commission its about meeting the needs of the client , the commission will take care of its self.
