In diverse roles, Richard has been a leader in driving innovation in collaboration with customer executives to produce mutual growth strategies. Prior to Oracle and Google, Richard held an operations position with a Fortune 500 retailer and prior to that Richard was a practicing attorney.

  • Led global team driving value based selling strategies and techniques to all Google Cloud sellers globally including key account directors, field sales representatives, customer engineers, and extended sales and service ecosystem. This included engaging with global sales executives on top priorities and partnering with regional management to execute strategic selling initiatives. Drove individual and organizational development by leveraging executive coaching frameworks and techniques with individuals and groups to create sustainable performance improvement. The business impact of our initiatives was rigorously measured: increased pipeline, sales velocity, revenue, and deal size. Results included: 40% pipeline increase, 60% improvement on close rates and 30% reduction in sales cycle.
