Work History

Bartender

CB restaurants
San Antonio
08.2024 - Current
  • As a bartender, I serve my guests who come in wanting any food or drinks, and I continue to give them great customer service for their dining experience.

CNA

Pam Health
San Antonio
09.2023 - 07.2024
  • As a CNA, I worked 12-hour shifts being PRN. My daily work schedule would consist of waking patients up for the day and getting them ready, such as brushing their teeth, changing their clothes, and feeding them if they needed help. I would then help them get to OT and PT, and also bring them back to their room and get them all set up for lunch. Throughout the day, I would answer call lights, such as changing briefs, emptying out Foley catheters, and changing colostomy bags. I would also help patients by notifying their nurse if they needed any medication. I would work up to 60 hours a week and had no issue with standing for long periods of time or lifting patients.

Receptionist

Boerne Stage Veterinary Clinic
San Antonio
07.2023 - 09.2023
  • While working in the vet clinic my day would consist of opening the clinic at 7am and making sure the entire front lobby was set up for the day. I had to make sure all paperwork for clients that day was updated and set out according to what the schedule had. As patients would come in, I would greet them with a smile, get them all checked in, and see them to a room so they can be seen. As the day continued, I would answer phone calls, set appointments, go through paperwork, and enter information as needed. I would fill medication orders that would come in, and as patients would be done with their appointments, I would collect payment.

Bartender

Ojos Locos
San Antonio
07.2022 - 07.2023
  • As a bartender, I had to memorize the entire drink menu, as well as the food we served. I not only took care of my bar top, but I also had tables to serve as well, which allowed me to continue to learn how to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and also learn how to take care of 350 people in a location at a time, getting drinks and food out in a timely manner.

Lead Host/Media Manager

Petsuitesinc
San Antonio
08.2021 - 07.2022
  • At PetSuites, I would greet customers coming in with their animals, and I would get them checked in by going over paperwork, such as their animals' feeding schedule, playtime, and any medication if need be. I would also have to clarify if the animals had any food aggression, or any special needs, such as possibly being deaf or blind. While being at PetSuites, I learned about many forms of medication, as well as how to give the animals the approximate dosage that is needed. I was then able to be promoted to lead host after three months of being there, during which I would take on MOD days, where I would handle difficult client situations and lead my team into a successful day's worth of tasks. I would also handle the social media accounts by posting about our animals during playtime and promoting the upcoming events that we had going on that month.

Call Center Representative

Conduent
San Antonio
06.2021 - 08.2021
  • At the call center, I worked for a company that collected tolls in California. I dealt with people who may have had problems, such as getting the wrong toll, and even not knowing how to pay them. Working here I've been able to work on my problem-solving skills as well as learning how to deescalate an intense customer/situation and further giving them reassurance that the problem would be taken care of.

Hostess/Server

Hooters Inc.
San Antonio
09.2020 - 05.2021
  • Being at Hooters and working as a host, I would greet people at the door with a smile, seat people throughout the day, and also bus tables while helping to run food. While at Hooters, I was able to develop skills such as working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and helping with extra shifts if need be. I was offered the server position within two months of working there, and I continued to work on my people and communication skills.
