  • Managed all aspects of inventory control for over 10 years, including adjustments, processing breakage and spoils, location validations, counts, and research. During that time, the operation was acquired under new ownership, with the overall inventory growing from $8.4M to $26.9M.
  • Updated replenishment report to include case volume, in addition to bottle quantities sold, for more accurate information for shift prep. This focus on the specific day's pushed the operation to move closer towards a Just-in-Time approach.
  • Attend and complete (2) SGWS-led Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) courses. In addition to having completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, I am working towards a certificate.
  • Reduced annual inventory variances from $375K to $23K in three years. In conjunction with systematically updating where inventory was returned during out-of-stock credits, the additional research implemented would locate the missing inventory. The actions taken produced a quicker turnaround in restoring the product to inventory, making it available for sale.
  • Completed a 9-month charter focused on breakage and shrink, which led to a reduction of processed breakage by $227K. Another result of this project was the implementation of new breakage forms and trackers for continued visibility on breakage, spoils, and shrinkage for future monitoring.
  • Developed detailed Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent and efficient execution of processes. Integrated feedback during Gembas and leadership collaboration sessions into the final versions of SOPs.
