· Manage a caseload of 4 schools in Williamson Country, averaging 60 clients
· Conduct functional behavior assessments to make data driven decisions for intervention
· Write Behavior Support and Intervention Plans
· Conduct trainings of behavioral principles for school staff
· Conduct trainings for student specific interventions and data collection
· Perform formal fidelity checks of implementation of the interventions and data collection of school staff
· Graph and monitor data collected by school staff to assess current levels of behavior
· Work collaboratively with related service providers, school staff, parents, student advocates, and lawyers in the best interest of the student
· Attend IEP meetings to align with FAPE and IDEA requirements for children in the public education system
· Provide services for a wide range of children with differing needs and diagnoses
