· Extract data from variety of sources like flat files, SQL Server and loaded to the data warehouse.
· Perform Performance tuning for sources, targets, mappings and SQL queries in the transformations to increase performance, troubleshoot long running Sessions for speedy data extraction and issue resolution.
· Work within the team of DBAs, BAs and Data Architects on the integration of various data sources definitions like SQL Server, Oracle, Flat Files.
· Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks at various levels like SQL logic, Mappings, and Sessions to enhance the performance.
· Perform database tasks such as creating database objects (tables, views, procedures, functions).
· Create several database objects like views, indexes and procedures to resolve the performance issues.
