Implemented 2 DDS startups one for DTNA Grand Prairie TX. and Bolingbrook IL. Bolingbrook DDS account had 85 drivers 17 transfer points and I managed the cross dock with 60 warehouse employees that sorted and produced overnight loads for 504 GM dealers.
RPM was an overnight California LTL carrier and I also managed the 30 thousand square foot warehouse with 12 city drivers, 5 warehouse employees and 2 dispatchers.
Sam's Club distribution center serviced 26 Sam's location from Bakersfield to San Diego. 100 door cross dock with 2 shifts of 85 warehouse employees, and 8 staff managing 100 inbound appointment's per day. Work closely with NFI who had the dedicated transportation to make sure all cut times were achieved and service was maintained at 99% plus per day on all deliveries.
