Pre-construction:

• Generate and execute prime contract through AIA
• Generate and execute subcontracts through Procore
• Create job structure and estimate in Sage and integrate to Procore
• Create job contact list, send NTP's, request COI's, permits, and safety documentation
• Create Superintendent job book, print construction drawings, permits, submittals, schedule, and bring to job site
• Conduct hand off meeting with estimating team

Course of construction:

• Receive, review, send, and distribute submittals through Procore
• Receive, review, send, and distribute RFI's through Procore
• Create change requests, and enter as change orders after approval
• Run weekly OAC meetings and enter meeting minutes in Procore
• Visit jobsites weekly and distribute updates with photos through Procore
• Manage the project by being punctual, professional, and maintaining consistent communication with contractors, architects, and owner representatives

Closeout:

• Conduct Pre-punch and Punch walk, create punch list in Procore and distribute subcontract items
• Create closeout package with warranties, permits, as-builts, and O&M's

• Overall project management of multiple T.I Projects under electrical scope
• Provided support for PM's on multiple jobs
• Blue Beam/Plan Reading/Touchplan Scheduling
• Process and manage RFI's and change orders
• Process submittals and transmittals
• Prepare quotes, bid proposals, and bid summary documents
• Support communication between in house, General contractor, and sub-contractors
• Maintain and update internal documents
• Assist PM with takeoffs
• Secure Permits
• Coordinate meetings for PMs and take notes
• Track/monitor progress of equipment, material, and laborers.

• Site inspections & collection of inspection reports
• Safety Liaison to general contractors safety team
• Ordering and dispersal of Personal Protective Equipment
• Conduct all new hire and site-specific orientations
• Conduct all Scissor lift and Fork-lift training certifications
• JHA's, Danger Signage, and documentation through Blue Beam
• Pre-construction design and logistics
• Site Specific Safety documentation
• Purchasing and ordering
• Assisting senior project manager with site supervision and safety reports

• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Oversee and train sales teams
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
• Determine price schedules and discount rates
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
