Worked in the Community with our Sales Leader, taking care of walk-in tours, making daily calls.

In all communities, worked as the lead sales manager.   Was the exclusive sales leader on Sunday and Monday each week.  Worked to assist the Sales Leader the rest of the week giving tours, taking walk-ins on tours, working with data base to make daily calls, following up with prospects.  Reviewing lease with new residents and their families.  Helping to schedule move-ins, and discussing move-outs with both resident and their family.  Many times, move-outs could be saved once I drilled down to the reason they were considering moving.
