Processed jumbo loans as a loan processor, collaborating with self-employed borrowers and managing high-value asset portfolios. Reviewed and analyzed tax returns, bank statements, title documents, and self-employment documentation to ensure accuracy. Gained extensive knowledge of varying state lending laws and procedures by processing loans nationwide. In my capacity with Lennar I became extremely proficient in also processing Jumbo loans, FHA, VA, conventional and USDA loans. Later I was promoted to post-remediation specialist team by recalculating income on post closed loans , calculating taxes and reaching out to borrowers for missing documentation. Underwrote loans to facilitate error-free sales to investors.

• Processing refinances, purchase, and FHA/VA loans. Also a processor in the Super streamline process for Chase Bank. Income calculating, reviewing tax returns and reviewing credit reports. Also collecting any forms or disclosures needed before closing documents are drawn. Making closing calls to the customer and explaining all aspects of their new loan including the breaking down the hud statement. In addition setting up the closing with the title company via phone or real ec system. As a team lead I trained and helped prepare the new employees on two different teams along with other supervisor duties.

• Prepare new loan files with employment verification and income calculations. Review and verify tax returns and business entities. Working with title and escrow companies in reviewing loan files for closing. Setting signing appointment for document signing.
