Serve as the lead for the Escalation Billing process developing the relevant database, interfaces, and reports. ICE and Escalation responsibilities include performing requirements gathering, conversion requirements, gap analysis, functional design, and system configuration. Additionally, function as the Billing Support liaison as the on-site client interface relating to the billing engine and the invoicing process.
