Project Scope: Performed as lead consultant designing a Project Controls Reporting System integrating Oracle EBS and Primavera (P6) systems. Served as the lead for designing and developing Project Management reports and financial reports. Responsibilities include requirements gathering to incorporate financial and budgeting systems in order to facilitate tracking of actual costs and labor usage against budgets, forecast cash-flows and forecast resource requirements.
Client: General Dynamics Electric Boat
Project Scope: Perform as the lead business analyst developing processing protocols and reporting solutions for Government Incurred Cost Submission (ICE). Serve as the lead for the Escalation Billing process developing the relevant database, interfaces, and reports. ICE and Escalation responsibilities include performing requirements gathering, conversion requirements, gap analysis, functional design, and system configuration. Additionally, function as the Billing Support liaison as the on-site client interface relating to the billing engine and the invoicing process.
