I am very well rounded in all phases of construction. From building from the ground up old restoring 110 year old homes. Masonry restoration and renovations an out door living spaces has given a wide range of work in different areas through out the years. Then building apts. for college kids and being property manger of 120 tenants got me more experienced with in house remodeling as well as managing all the daily activities on the properties. I have great work ethics and extremely proud worker. Very well at following directions and getting the project done. Enjoy challenges and new ideas. Family man with 3 fine young adult kids all on their own. Love animals. Enjoy working, boating and camping.
