I have not worked since 2007 due to Failed Back Surgery Syndrome. I had two ruptured discs that did not heal correctly which required me to have two surgeries. I could not continue to walk the Distribution Center, climb modules, or work 14 to 16 hour days and at the advise of my doctor, I resigned my position. At the time that I resigned, there were no jobs available for me that would accommodate my needs. I have since had a pain pump implanted that allows me to function at a more normal rate. I feel that with my experience handling customers at the store and working with the associates at Walmart to resolve their issues has taught me to be an excellent listener that can listen to every issue and come up with a resolution that works for all parties involved. I realize that it has been some time since I last worked but I feel that if I was hired that I could do anything that was asked of me.
