- Coordinate production of daily sports reports and special programs around major events. Write, edit video, produce shows and design graphic look and feel to match desired tone of the programs. Provide the main communication with news leaders to reflect the needs of sports on a daily basis. Develop a schedule for the department to provide proper resources depending on events of the sports calendar.
- Develop production plans and organized resources to achieve prompt delivery of projects in conjunction with the Green Bay Packers. Projects have varied from weekly shows (Packers Live), Coach's shows (Holmgren, Rhodes, McCarthy) and special programs (Hall of Fame ceremonies, re-dedication of Lambeau Field, and a magazine-style "Inside 1265" show).
- Spearhead creative development for projects, leading brainstorming sessions and guiding the team in conceptualization efforts of expanded coverage for special events (Ryder Cup, Winter and Summer Olympics).
- Provide leadership guidance for special station initiatives on community connection. Oversee a group of community reporters and help coordinate station listening sessions in different communities through the area.

- Oversaw the commercial delivery and provided storyline concepts and video support for use in the game broadcasts. Oversaw the execution of the entire game broadcast.
- Produced Larry McCarren's "Packers Live" broadcast weekly during the regular season.
- Produced specialty programming around Fan Fest, the retirement of Brett Favre and the opening of training camp.
