• Put mods in injection molding machines/ start machines up for production runs log all information down on a process sheet daily preventative maintenance and other job duties assigned by supervisor.

• Coordinate and oversee a stable process. For 46 injection molding machines, in a fast paced production environment. Establish and maintain a tight tolerance process, using a Decouple method. Log and categorize process verifications into computer server.Work with customers and material suppliers to achieve the best quality part. Optimize machines for cycle improvements and scrap reduction, cost savings, troubleshoot injection molding machines, molds, automation, robots and secondary, and equipment. Supervise 9 process technicians for a smooth operation.

• Repair production tools weld parting line repair or replace manifolds valve gates, hydraulic cylinders. Weld diamond inserts on cutting tools for CNC machines. Run wire EDM wire and sinker.

• Standardize all equipment from molding machines to all the molds. Do tryouts customers launch new jobs into production. Implement their process sheet for iso-9000 audits.
