Summary

I bring a lot of experience with me. Having been in the Building Trade all my life and am well versed in both residential and commercial construction. Upon graduating from High School in 1974 I followed the foot steps of my Father and Grand Father into the construction industry. I am well versed in most aspect of the industry. From knowledge of forms and concrete to framing and drywall to finish trim in environments such as Colonial Country Club. Have a good working knowledge of Master keying and the ability to work within most keying systems. Have very good troubleshooting abilities and am capable of making repairs in the field. I can install most doors and maintain most hardware from continuous hinges to exit devices and mortise lockset. Having spent the past 30 years in the Education system doing building maintenance which includes minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
