  • Justified need for resource to plant leadership (2nd inventory analyst), Internally vetted and recruited existing talent in Warehouse Supervisor role to fill this role
  • Manage performance reviews and goals for Inventory Analyst and Cycle Counters
  • Work with collective teams to resolve opportunities in scrap reporting, backflush, service improvements, part handling, as well as problem-solving teams when material shortages occur
  • Through a physical audit of scrap boxes, was able to present findings to plant leadership and obtain resources to conduct daily scrap reviews, saw increase in scrap reporting and decrease in inventory loss.
  • Approx $200k of cost avoidance as a result of scrap integrity program, we were able to attack issues, reduce scrap, and save/reuse components by establishing teardown process.
  • Review parameters to ensure cycle count schedule is accurate and ABC classes are set up properly

  • Participated in December 2019's Annual Physical Inventory 4-wall count - leading data gathering and variance analysis/recount activities.
  • Continuing to develop short/long term corrective action plans to prevent instances of inventory inaccuracies, for example, due to Production employees not scanning out end item doors sometimes and throwing off inventory and financial records (process noncompliance), in addition to pushing for accountability, I proposed a verification scan be added which looks for a specific serial # prior to allowing the operation to continue. This ensured that all end item product is classified as such in our inventory and that it will not need to be taken back 4 steps once this is discovered (which eliminates risk of in system-damage)
  • For over 6 months, balanced launch activities with my normal duties, whilst manually performing all backflush transactions due to our new MES being incapable of auto-backflush
  • Familiarized myself with FCA's (Now Stellantis') MPAB or Modular Pay as Built platform for our new vehicle program
