Accomplishments

  • Supervised team of 35 staff members.
  • Documented and resolved cutting station which led to my cost center removing a station and spreading out the content
  • Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets i help create an excel file that would tell us what engine types we would have for our shift. This excel sheet help us better prepare for our shift, since our diesel engines take more time to build, this help us keep the line moving
  • Collaborated with logistics, the suppler and section leader and process supporter from zone 5. We had some front axle damaged, when the front axles made it to zone 5 the front end would not line up causing downtime and of quality issues. So we all came together to find the root cause and eliminate the issue
