I am a personable and dedicated individual in all aspects of life, including school, work, and my personal interests. I have an intense passion for Public Health, specifically pertaining to the research and study of infectious diseases and prevention methods. I am often times taking leadership roles in the workplace, and my hope is that I can do the same in my future career. I would say that I am extremely empathic and caring towards my colleagues, family and friends. Personal Statement
As a USF undergraduate student, it is my goal to obtain a bachelors degree in Public Health. I am minoring in Infection Control. Post-graduate education will involve obtaining an MPH, followed by a PhD in Public Health. My dream is to become an established, well-rounded research epidemiologist. I realized during my time at USF that my ultimate wish is to improve the health outcomes of many populations across the globe. Hopefully, I will be able to specialize in infectious diseases and work my way up in public health organizations to meet this goal. As of now, I am working two jobs and enrolled at USF full-time, which is no easy task. However, I do this for a reason, and I can truly say that keeping a busy schedule has helped me establish myself as a punctual and balanced individual.
