Trained new team leaders on strategies to be successful and how to manage their teams and how to manage waste.

I was in charge of staffing and choosing teams for new hires to be successful. I filled all roles in production as needed including Supervisor and team leader as needed to cover vacation or call ins.

Did changeovers where I made sure the correct orders were ran and made sure of line clearance and housekeeping was done.

Checked diapers and training pants for any defects. Did testing in accordance with testing protocol procedures. Let teams know of issues that could impact quality.
