• Responsible for overseeing all scaffolding at Exxon-Mobil NAG project in Baytown, Texas
• This includes erecting, dismantling, and modifying scaffolds in furnace block
• Conducted and led safety walks with Safety and other contractors on site
• Performed QAQC on over 5,000 scaffolds on the work site, and performed audits to make sure scaffolding met all requirements and OSHA standards, also made sure scaffold builders worked safely, always 100% tied off, worked off of two boards and always followed rules and procedures at all times
• Attended meetings to coordinate with upper supervision to ensure scaffolds were built to pending schedules on time and or demoed or modified as needed
• Compiled weekly reports to Management to update Scaffold schedules and kept track of scaffold materials on rent for the site
• Required to make sure all Scaffold matters were addressed on time without having a single recordable
• At the peak of the project, manpower was over 600 scaffold builders

• Responsible for Overseeing All scaffold fields for both sides of Exxon-Mobil, both Refinery and Chemical side (O&A) for scaffolding
• This includes Unit Rate Builds, dismantles of scaffolding along with Composite rate Builds, Dismantles and Modifications
• Oversaw 200 scaffold builders’ plant wide, along with 150 insulators for routine maintenance, turnarounds and small squats, and capital projects
• Managed the material on site both shipping in and shipping out off site

• Responsible for making the Routine Maintenance schedules for both sides of Exxon-Mobil, both Refinery and Chemical side (O&A) for scaffolding
• This includes Unit Rate Builds, Dismantles of scaffolding along with Composite rate Builds, Dismantles and Modifications

• Customer Satisfaction in these fields has risen by 20% in a very short period of time
