Ricky Carrera

Motivated and disciplined police academy applicant with a strong foundation in leadership, public service, and law enforcement principles. Completed Army ROTC training, developing accountability, discipline, and teamwork. Graduate of a Public Service Academy law and law enforcement program, with exposure to criminal law, constitutional principles, forensic science, and the roles of local, state, and federal law enforcement through instruction by lawyers, judges, forensic scientists, DEA agents, and sheriff’s personnel. Maintains a high level of physical fitness through running, strength training, and outdoor activities, demonstrating endurance, resilience, and commitment to personal readiness. Dedicated to ethical conduct, community service, and continued professional development in law enforcement.
