To summarize what I can offer and my background experience, I have great time management skills. In my previous job I arrived to work 15 minutes before my shift to give me time to prepare for the work day ahead. I am a very consistent and reliable worker. My reliability is very important to me because I’ve never missed a day of work or school unless, a sickness occurs or a family emergency. My leadership skills comes from training workers to being able to close off the day and prepare for the next. My communication skills stems from being able to communicate with my co-workers to solve problems and also if my manger is not there, I step in as the communicator for them. With all of my skills that I offer, I think that I would be a good candidate for this position.
