Following receipt of your offer acceptance, we will be setting up your new Dayforce HCM profile., Once your account is set up, you will receive an email from hrsupport@hallcon.com with a link to activate your account., Your username information will be listed in the body of this email., This will contact a one-time use link to establish a new password., You will be asked to verify your identity by entering the last four digits of the phone number you provided on your application., After verifying your identity, you will be directed to enter a new password. It must be eight to twenty characters, cannot contain your name, and must include three of the following items: one upper case letter, one lower case letter, a base digit (0-9), a non-alphabetical symbol (e.g. !, $, &), or a Unicode symbol., Once you confirm your new password, you will be redirected to https://dayforcehcm.com/. This is also where you will ensure your login information found in the email., Getting Started is the company's portal to all of your onboarding documents. Do NOT go to Forms in the Profile & Settings section to complete your onboarding documents., You should see the Getting Started icon on the favorites bar, which is directly below your name on the home screen., After you have completed your onboarding document, navigate to Profile & Settings and click on Security. Pick your two security questions and the desired answers., Enter your current password in order to save the new security questions.
