- My duty as lead welder was to set up and fit up material on the jigs. Double check placement and measurements along with blue print specification. Once complete I will double check the job for any placement change (Do to the heat when welding) then send over to paint or powder coating.

- Preparing the aluminum by thoroughly cleaning the surface is crucial for a successful weld. Mastering the art of controlling the heat input is key to preventing burn-through and producing a strong, aesthetically pleasing weld. Ultimately, practice and patience are vital in becoming proficient at Tig welding aluminum.

- Welding steel using the MIG process is a versatile skill to acquire. It allows you to join metal pieces together effectively and strongly. Understanding the proper settings for voltage and wire speed is crucial for a successful weld. Remember to maintain a steady hand and consistent travel speed for optimal results. Furthermore, always prioritize safety by wearing appropriate protective gear.
