Talent Management /Acquisition unit with 2200 soldiers and civilians located across 14 states in the Northeastern U.S., the most densely populated and challenging recruiting market in the U.S.

• Directed all aspects of Talent Management and Acquisition for a group comprising 8 talent acquisition Battalions with around 300 personnel each and over 500 facilities that included more than 150 Talent Acquisition Centers.

• Ensured ongoing readiness and protective safeguards for all facilities as well as information systems and a fleet of over 2000 vehicles.

The Force Strategic Engagement Cell (FSEC), with 30 personnel focused on reconciliation through coordination with multiple intelligence community elements throughout U.S., Iraqi forces, the U.S.Embassy Baghdad, the State Department and interagency partners.

• Developed strategic and current intelligence requirements, analysis and products.
• Delivered all source intelligence support to the FSEC's core mission of reconciliation by coordinating with intelligence communities throughout USF-I and U.S. Embassy Baghdad.
• Managed a restricted target list (RTL) and prioritization of high value insurgent detainees.
• Coordinated intelligence support and intelligence requirements between FSEC, interagency partners and the DoS to determine reconciliation potential of militant groups and to isolate and expose irreconcilable elements.
