Hazmat (Dangerous Goods) & International Shipping: Responsible to ship Hazmat parts, packed & shipped, including reading the Shipping Instructions & putting the proper Hazmat labels & markings and follow the IATA guidelines, such as generate the AirWay Bill (AWB), Shipper Declaration Page for Dangerous Goods, Commercial Invoice & Shipping Manifest and book the shipment thru Cargo 360. Shipping Unserviceable Parts back to Vendors/ Manufactures.

  • DGS (Dangerous Goods Specialist): Clearing the DG Shipments & booking it on Cargo 360.
  • Monitor/Dispatcher in Control Center: Responsible to monitor all incoming orders (AOG, AOM and CAP) from local/base and out of Stations, complete the Loan/ Sale to another Airlines, working with AOG Desk to make sure all the parts needed will be boarded on the requested flight in timely manner, sending orders to the scanners of the pullers
  • AOG Driver: Bring the parts from the base to the Gate and transfer them to the Ramp to be loaded to the aircraft. I do have the AOA Badge for this job. Doing Engine Move from Engine Shop to destination needed (Superbay, B29).
  • Parts Control & OSV Shipping: Responsible to issue an RO (Repair Order) for Unserviceable Parts, and ship it back to the vendors such as Boeing, Honeywell, etc, thru our own flights or via FedEx.
  • Parts Inventory (PI): Doing bin check, verifying & inventory count to ensure the accuracy of inventory and fixing the discrepancies.
  • Puller: Pick & issue parts for aircraft & replenish the TR & SO Orders, also organized in stockroom storage area.
  • Improved inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining updated records.
  • Received product shipments and organized in stockroom storage area.
  • Enhanced store organization by implementing effective storage solutions and space utilization techniques.
  • Maintained a safe working environment with strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
