Responsible for market making vanilla and exotic options for all Value Chains and Bunge customers.
Trade cross-asset and volatility to reach yearly PnL targets.
Provide liquidity on illiquid forward futures contracts to all Value Chains and customers.
Manage the risk of global OTC derivatives book with very little governance.
Provide leadership to various traders, analysts, and merchants on a daily basis for pricing OTC options.
Spent two years in Brazil to build out a team of traders from scratch. Established new OTC product business in Brazil.
Liaise with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Control to make sure the global book stays within risk limits and compliant on a daily basis.
Negotiate OTC products with Banks and ISDA counterparties to layoff unnecessary risk.
Research and Analyze Bunge proprietary data, coordinate with Value Chains to make sure risk is deployed in a very sensible manner.
Conduct weekly meetings with the global team to provide direction of market and volatility which in turn helps make customers better decisions.
Liaise with IT to improve pricing models, build new tools for risk management, build automated tools for pricing all OTC products which are used by all Value Chains and customers.
Coach, mentor and train team members in order to improve their job performance.
Evaluate individual and team business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Review employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement.
