Hello. I had been working in food and service industry for most of my carrier. I am from Japan and I started learning classic service at Intercontinental hotel there. After I came to the US, I worked at casual restaurant and cafe as a server, bartender, kitchen staff and general manager. From all my food industry experience, It was my dream to have my own small Japanese food joint to share amazing Japanese food. I worked hard to finally make it happen in 2022. I am currently working at my own place but I really would love to go back to hotel service job at available timing.
