I have worker for Lausd beyond the bell for over 20 years during that time I have worked as an out of school program supervisor and an out of school area program supervisor. During times of emergencies/ natural disaster I was a site lead at the porter ranch project, Pod lead at Maclay middle school during covid. I worked with elementary and middle school students as an out of school program supervisor I have in experience and knowledge in the following sports basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, track, cross country, tennis, Rugby and some golf. I'm also knowledgeable in music, arts and craft. I also work civic center for over 15 years. Over the last 4 years I have conducted over 100 staff trainings and meeting. My current responsibilities include assisting with recruitment of new talent, assessment, interviewing and training. One of currently responsibilities is to program weekend tournaments for the middle school unit my responsibilities include training the coaches, personnel that will be working the events, creating game schedules, securing facilities, and procurement and distribution of equipment and supplies for the weekday sites and tournament sites.
