In this position I have continued improving my troubleshooting skills by working on specialized research cooling equipment such as environmental test chambers. I oversee and manage all food service refrigeration operations which includes inventorying and ordering repair parts, keeping stock of refrigerant usage, managing large projects, and providing technical support for the other technicians on my team.

In this position, I maintained and repaired espresso machines as well as food service refrigeration for multiple accounts. I used skills learned from my experience in the HVAC field to troubleshoot common components such as solenoid valves, steam boilers and pumps. I also managed logistics for my department, including scheduling, parts ordering, and invoicing. I also provided technical recommendations for customers looking to purchase new machines. After taking over as service manager, the average monthly invoicing increased sixfold, and customer satisfaction greatly improved.

In this role I performed troubleshooting and repair work for a large variety of commercial and industrial clients on their climate control systems. I worked on an extensive variety of things from residential style split systems to process chillers and rooftops in excess of 100 tons of cooling.
