Use various machines to repair/manufacture different parts for natural gas compressor engines.

• recondition rods
• manufacture, remove, and install compressor cylinder liners
• recondition valve seat and water jacket faces
• rebuild heads
• repair wrist pin bores in pin carriers

Disassemble different components and inspect

• inspect incoming parts for cracks via dye penetrant testing and mag particle testing
• take precise measurements before and after reconditioning to make sure the highest standard of work is completed
• use mic's, inside mic's, dial gauges, gauge pins, CMM machines

• Inspected and tested equipment to locate worn and damaged parts.
• Disassembled defective parts to make proper repairs.
• Kept equipment in good working order by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and maintaining supplies.
• Fabricate parts as needed to suit individual clients needs, or if off the shelf parts are not available.

• line bore H frames on loaders
• align articulating equipment and install bearings and pins
• repair drive axles

Travel across the country repairing various components in natural gas plants and oil refineries

• Line bore main saddles
• align engine frames
• remove and install compressor cylinder liners
• align cam bores
