Riley Gardiner

I work in the clothing department as the clothing department manager. I am also over the toy department. I have trained myself to become an all over employee where I assist and also work as a cashier/clerk. This position uses the most critical thinking skills to be able to merchandise clothing to the best ability. I strongly use organization skills and attention to detail to be able to fit in all inventory items that I am over.

• I was a sales associate. Learned each and every stone and jewel made in our jewelry to sell. I cleaned and maintained a store with tons of stock. I was there at the front greeting and helping each customer coming in. I organized and was in charge of inventory to bring in and sale to keep the store stocked.

• I worked morning shifts at 4:30 am I would open the store and cook breakfast burritos and get all the coffee made and ready for customers. I was a cashier so I handled all the tills. I had to take calls and was in charge of the customers accounts and billing. I was on call for customers who needed help in the car was bays to send managers out to do maintenance when things malfunctioned.

• I have done training to become a Certified Color Consultant and am a great sales associate with exceptional customer service. I am expected to stay on top of sales and help clients achieve their hair goals safely and effectively themselves at home. The company is based off of numbers we have to find quarterly, monthly, and daily numbers to ensure we make more sales and continue to grow the company.
