Dedicated and physically fit, I've excelled in property maintenance for Our Elderly Neighbor Lady, showcasing a strong work ethic and adaptability. Achievements include enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient snow and lawn care, and mastering safe equipment operation. My punctuality and heavy lifting capability stand out, making me a reliable asset to any team. I've been helping out my elderly neighbor since her husband passed and she can't do it herself. Weekly I mow her lawn and our own lawn. I clean up anything that's been left behind from mowing and dispose of it. Same with in the winter with snow removal after it snows. I clear her sidewalks and driveway for her.

I would like to work in a setting where I can work in a team and bring something to the team while also learning from others as well. I'm a fast learner and I feel I could benefit from this job by learning new skills. I work well with others and believe that in doing that we can all work together to make things run more efficient and smoothly. I do well with change and I am always willing to learn new things. I am reliable and flexible.
