Being a Licensed Esthetician has helped me develop strong patient care skills and attention to detail. It also gives me Experience in working closely with clients and providing comfort. Proficient in using and troubleshooting equipment, with basic knowledge of anatomy and high standards of hygiene. These skills can all help me ensure effective TMS therapy for patients. As well as my experience in Customer Service where I was constantly put in a position to problem solve and create positive interactions!
My main role at Big Kahuna was answering any phone calls or emails. As well as being able to resolve customer concerns effectively by employing calm communication and problem-solving skills.
I joined Big Kahuna Fundraising for the fall season which ended December 20th.
