Riley Konstance

Motivated dance artist and educator with extensive training since age two, combining technical skill, creativity, and a deep understanding of the body’s growth, flexibility, and alignment. Passionate about fostering inclusive learning environments, supporting young dancers, and integrating anatomical knowledge into movement education.

President of the Muhlenberg College Perkulators Commercial Jazz Team: As Captain of the Perkulators, I keep our team grounded, organized, and always moving with purpose. I help shape choreography, run rehearsals, and make sure everyone feels supported and included. I’m all about creating a space where we can grow, push ourselves, and still have fun together.

MCDC Teacher: As an MCDC dance teacher, I guide students of all levels through technique, creativity, and performance skills. I focus on building confidence, musicality, and a love for movement, while creating a supportive and inspiring environment where every dancer can grow and express themselves.

Training Director (WMUH): As Training Director for WMUH, I guide new DJs through the station’s expectations, equipment, and on-air skills. I help them feel confident behind the mic, support their growth, and make sure our station maintains a strong, professional sound. My role focuses on mentoring, organization, and keeping the vibe welcoming for every new voice joining WMUH.

Orientation Leader: As a First-Year Orientation Leader, I welcome new students, help them navigate campus life, and create a supportive, fun environment as they transition into college. I guide groups through activities, answer questions, and make sure every student feels included, confident, and ready to start their Muhlenberg journey.
