Projects

  • Through various 3D printing and learned practical abilities myself and my team constructed an entire "POD" at the Jasper Engines and Transmissions, with the idea in mind to optimize the construction of Gen 4, Gen 5, and some Gen 3 LS engines that were to be sent to consumers. Setting up various workstations each with their respective tools and supplies to be used through the automated processes. Demonstrated strong abilities to adapt and problem solve.
  • Using learned manufacturing skills, myself and fellow interns, through teamwork and dedication created presentation boards for EVERY single piece of a 62TE transmission, making it extremely easy to understand where each part goes where. The presentation boards are rigged to be in build order, with the parts assembled and loaded up on the board first starting from left to right, whilst everything being labeled. These presentation boards were measured to fit optimally with the cart.
