I am a second-year undergraduate student at the University on Florida on the pre-med track studying Health Sciences with a minor in Spanish and intended minor in Public Health. Experience in working and studying abroad in foreign countries has fostered cultural competence, and put to use my bilingualism. My passions for research and public health are channeled through my work in the McKune Lab, which has a focus on Public Health and women's care, as well as Phi Delta Epsilon membership where volunteering, philanthropy, and equity play a big role in the pre-med. I am looking to graduate in May of 2027, and attend medical school post-grad.
