I stand most of the day and determine what apples are good for packaging and sending to our customer, and what apples are better suited for slicing, or being used to make cider. In my role here I have also been called upon to work in the bakery where we make pies and turn overs, as well as our Farmers Market where I make donuts and deal with customers whenever necessary.
