This is my private practice located in Antioch, Illinois. I have evaluated for the Illinois Bureau of Disability Determination. I have also evaluated and treated a wide range of ages and disabilities/disorders, billed insurances, maintained records, and collaborated with teachers and physicians, and other professionals as needed. I've worked with a company, Ablenet, to obtain Assistive Devices for nonverbal children/youth and children with severe to profound communication disorders.
Evaluated and treated communication disorders (articulation, language, voice, and fluency) in the elementary and middle school populations. Learned a new electronic IEP program. Supervised after school activities. Collaborated with teachers and staff. Worked in classrooms co taught on a regular basis.
Evaluated and treated a variety of speech, language, and phonological awareness deficits in troubled youth. Maintained documentation, wrote IEP goals and progress reports, collaborated with teachers and staff, created a Speech Policies and Procedures manual for the association.
