• Conduct Assay, Content Uniformity, Dissolution studies for In-Process, Stability and Finished Product drugs using instruments like HPLC, UPLC(Software used- Empower 1), FTIR(Software used- Spectrum) and UV Spectrophotometer(Software used- PerkinElmer and LabSolutions).
• Testing Out of Specification samples based on the USP guidelines.
• Use USPNF monographs to conduct Raw materials testing.

Developed a proposal for PROTACs targeting the DENV2 NS5 protein.

• Involved expression of NS5 protein using E. coli bacterial culture and SDS-PAGE (Gel Electrophoresis), then purification and concentration using FPLC (Ni-NTA column, Heparin column and Size Exclusion column) on AKTA chromatography systems operated by Unicorn software.
• Then using SILCS Software to identify hotspots and do pharmacophore screening.

Collaborated with other lab colleagues and contributed to additional projects:

• Expression of M1 and M1*-Nanobody protein using E. coli on SDS-PAGE, then purification using FPLC (Ni-NTA column and Size Exclusion column).
• Finding its molecular weight using MS-(TOF) and finding the sequence using HDX-MS.
• Regularly doing bacterial cell culture, gel electrophoresis and use of FPLC (AKTA) and HDX-MS for studying protein chemistry by using software like- Unicorn, MassLynx, PLGS and DynamX.

• Managed filing systems created documents with Microsoft Office and ensured data confidentiality.
• Organized office calendar events effectively.
