Persistence is a strength of mine. I endured a 25 year pathway to US Citizenship and finally received it through the EB-1A category. In the process, I identified key ways to improve the system and worked with the Obama White House's Office of Science and Technology Policy.

As a US Citizen living in the San Francisco Bay Area, I enjoy the outdoors (completed my first triathlon in 2025), and am a civically engaged advocate for pedestrian safety.
